How long does delivery take?
Standard parcels are dispatched within 2-5 working days and typically arrive within 1-3 working days after dispatch. Large items such as pergolas, saunas, and greenhouses are delivered on pallets by specialist courier and typically take 5-10 working days. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Do you deliver to all of the UK?
Yes, we deliver across mainland UK. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands may take longer and may incur additional charges. Please contact us for a quote.
Is delivery free?
We offer free standard delivery on orders over £100 to mainland UK addresses. For large items, delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Assembly & Installation
Do your products require assembly?
Yes, our pergolas, greenhouses, and saunas require assembly. All products come with detailed assembly instructions. Most items can be assembled by two people with basic DIY skills in 4-8 hours depending on the product.
Do you offer installation services?
We do not currently offer installation services, but we can recommend trusted local installers. Please contact us for recommendations in your area.
What tools do I need for assembly?
Most products require basic tools including a drill/driver, spirit level, ladder, adjustable spanner, and tape measure. Specific tool requirements are listed in each product's assembly instructions.
Do I need a concrete base or foundation?
For pergolas and greenhouses, we recommend a level, solid surface such as concrete, paving slabs, or decking. Ground stakes are included for additional stability. Saunas require a level, well-drained base - concrete or paving slabs work best.
Products & Quality
What materials are your pergolas made from?
Our pergolas are constructed from powder-coated aluminium frames, which are rust-resistant and designed for year-round outdoor use. The canopies are made from UV-resistant, water-repellent fabric.
Are your products weather-resistant?
Yes, all our outdoor products are designed to withstand UK weather conditions. Aluminium frames are rust-proof, and our greenhouses feature polycarbonate panels that are more durable than glass. We recommend covering or removing fabric canopies during extreme weather.
What warranty do you offer?
All our products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects. Structural frames on pergolas and greenhouses are warranted for 2 years. Warranty does not cover damage from improper assembly, extreme weather, or normal wear and tear.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later). All payments are processed securely.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes! We offer Klarna, which allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over multiple payments. Simply select Klarna at checkout to see available payment plans.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@blueskyhomeuk.com.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Large items (pergolas, saunas, greenhouses) may incur collection and restocking fees. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any damage, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@blueskyhomeuk.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days. The refund will appear in your account within 3-5 additional working days depending on your payment provider.
