Standard Parcels

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days via our trusted courier partners.

  • You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel has been shipped.

  • Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on location.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

  • For customised or bespoke products, delivery timelines are agreed individually at the time of order.

  • Please refer to your order confirmation or quotation for specific lead times.

Large or Bulky Deliveries

  • Larger items (such as furniture, pergolas, or outdoor structures) are delivered on pallets or by specialist couriers to kerbside only, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Please ensure safe and unobstructed access for delivery vehicles.

Remote Areas

  • Deliveries to remote or offshore locations (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands) may take longer and/or incur a delivery surcharge.

  • We’ll contact you before dispatch if any additional fees apply.

Delivery Inspection

  • Please inspect your goods upon arrival and report any visible damage within 48 hours of delivery.

  • This allows us to resolve issues promptly with our carriers.
